Training that reaches the workplace.

deveelio develops action-oriented courses for technical professions. Learners work on real assignments, practise on real equipment and show on a new case what they can do. For companies, vocational schools and international projects.

How a deveelio course works: assignment, simulation, hands-on phase, proof, and a workplace check about four weeks later. 1 Assignment A real case from the workplace: a customer, a fault. 2 Simulation Predict, test and decide in the work process. 3 Hands-on phase The same steps on real equipment. 4 Proof A test on a new case, not on what was practised. About four weeks later: a colleague observes the real work.

From knowing to doing

Many employees pass the training test and still make the same mistakes on the job. The gap is rarely the content. It lies between knowing something and doing it under real conditions. That is why every deveelio course follows the same four steps.

Assignment

The course starts with a real case: a customer complaint, a fault, a damage. Learners know from the first minute why they need what follows.

Simulation

In a browser simulation, learners make predictions, test them and decide. Knowledge modules deepen what the simulation has raised.

Hands-on phase

The same steps are carried out on real vehicles, machines or systems, guided by trainers on site.

Proof

The competence check uses a new case. About four weeks later, an experienced colleague observes whether the competence shows in daily work.

Every course element has a job

The competence matrix shows which element builds which competence, and where it is proven. Example: the course “New bank details” on invoice fraud by e-mail. Technical courses follow the same structure.

Try it yourself

Severas demo courses run in the browser, on a phone as well. Half an hour each is enough to get a feel for them.

Currently being piloted with a vocational school class in Germany.

Screens from the demo course “Customer communication”, course language German.

Demo courses

Customer communication. A regular customer has been waiting for two hours, her sunroof is open, and she wants to speak to the boss. The trainees handle the conversation.

New bank details. An office inbox, a fake email from a long-standing supplier, and a transfer with a warning.

E-Car Charging System: A customer complain about his car. The battery is flat.

Every course include a simulation, knowledge modules, and a skills check.

You don’t introduce the course alone

A good course only works if the trainers are confident with it. That is why we offer training and coaching for course packages.

Onboarding

A 60–90 minute online session for your teachers and trainers: how the course runs, their role in each step, the material list and how to assess the competence check.

First run

Questions during the first run go directly to us, not to a helpdesk.

Review

After the first group, we look at the results together and adjust what needs adjusting.

On request: train-the-trainer on site, support during the workplace check, and coaching for trainers who want to develop action-oriented teaching further.

Two ways to work with us

Start with a finished course next month, or have us build one around your own cases.
